MVP Development
Minimum Viable Product
It has two defining factors:
1- Minimum
Nothing is included that’s not essential. This is how you ensure you get your most important feedback for the smallest possible investment.
2- Viable Product
Your MVP is not a model, it’s an actual product and it must be operational, sellable and usable. The MVP must provide value to your users.

Common Questions
Q
How long does it take to make an MVP?
How long does it take to make an MVP depends on the complexity of the MVP. Some complex app ideas can be simplified a lot for the MVP, while for other ideas, high level of complexity is integral to the app’s core functionality and most of the features needs to be included in the MVP.
Q
Proof of Concept
Most of the time you only need a POC when you or your developer are not sure whether the technical result you want is achievable. This might be because you’re trying to do something completely original and new, or it might be because you’re trying to create a streamlined, cheaper version of something done elsewhere with more investment. You don’t always need a POC. In fact, the majority of the apps and projects we work on don’t require them. In most cases, the technological concepts required for an app are familiar, tried and tested. When working with a proven idea, no POC is needed.
